First Post

We might as well start using this blog! The first discussion point might well be what weekly deadlines make sense for you all. We could do Monday evening and Wednesday evening, for instance (with more specific times), or Sunday and Wednesday. How late is too late? Should we have 3 deadlines? Remember that you will all sign up for one deadline per week.

    Three different days might be nice so we don't have to read quite so many posts on Monday and Wednesday nights before class in the morning (if people post close to the deadline). Monday, Wednesday, and Friday then? And if we have to read the posts by the next morning (for Monday and Wednesday nights at least), would having them up by 7pm make sense?

    I also like the three different day option Erin mentioned above. Sundays are a bit hectic for me due to my Opus work schedule, so I think Monday, Wednesday, and Friday deadlines by early evening should provide us with ample time to respond to and write our own posts. 7pm seems like a reasonable time to me!
